Mortar in brickwork can deteriorate over time as it is weathered, just like any other building material. Mortar that is in poor condition provides an easy means of access to your home for moisture from rainfall.

We can assess the condition of brickwork pointing and let you know what the priorities for action are. For example, you may need to have all brickwork repointed or just the elevations where mortar is most compromised.

We will provide you with a quotation – or a number of quotations – to enable you to choose the priorities that fit your budget. Repointing is essentially two jobs in one: first we grind out the old mortar, then we repoint by hand to provide a neat finish.
